If you are at the beginning of your family law journey we offer a free, no obligation, initial consultation through our sister firm Alliance Family Law.
You will have the opportunity to tell us about your specific situation, and we will tell you about our firm and how we would approach your matter.
Our aim is to make sure you that you understand your options, that you will be comfortable working with us, and that you understand the processes involved. We can't provide specific any specific legal advice during this meeting.

Paid appointments
If you are already progressing with your family matter and just need advice on how to proceed we can give you a one hour paid initial consultation for a fixed fee of $200 plus GST
If you have already had a free first conference, the first paid appointment will be $300.
It will help you to get the best value from your consultation if you provide background information and supporting documentation prior to your meeting so your lawyer can review the facts before speaking with you (such as existing orders, financial details, assets, family details, correspondence received and sent).
During the meeting, you can ask questions and where practical our lawyers will provide verbal legal advice. We will provide a short summary of our discussions within 24 hours of the meeting. If you require detailed and written legal advice, your lawyer will discuss this process during the appointment.
